The Estate

The Estate is currently comprised of 44 houses converted into 200 flats, 4 purpose built blocks divided into 80 flats and one office.

275 of the flats are held on 999-year BUTA leases. 13 are owned by the freeholder, Nugentways Limited. Of these, 3 are regulated tenancies and 9 are let on assured short hold tenancies. I unit is used as the Estate Office for the BUTA/Nugentways Group.
