It will be the responsibility of the leaseholder or tenant to pay a contractor upon completion of any emergency works, and to obtain an appropriate invoice and receipt. Provided that the works undertaken are a BUTA/Nugentways responsibility, under the terms of the lease or tenancy agreement, reimbursement for the cost of such works will be made within 14 days of submission of the relevant documents to the BUTA office.

For those Leaseholders who have alarms fitted to their properties and are likely to be away for the festive period, we would request that a key or code is left with a trusted person living locally and that your neighbours have the contact details of that person should the alarm be activated.
