Protected Tenancies

All protected tenancies are tenants of the freeholder, Nugentways Ltd.. These tenants are also shareholders of BUTA Ltd..
The service charges of the tenanted flats are paid by Nugentways to BUTA as are the annual management and administration fees.

Commercially Rented Residential Properties

The reversion of protected tenancies over a period of years, due to the death of the tenant or their having relinquished the tenancy, has allowed Nugentways to invest in the refurbishment of these properties for the purposes of commercial lletting.

The services charges for these flats are paid by Nugentways to BUTA, as are the annual management and administration fees.
